Our affiliates are important to us, and we make every effort to fairly credit all sales according to these outlined policies. By signing up as an affiliate and/or selling as an existing affiliate you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms with or without notice at anytime.

Use of Cookies

Our company web site, Hide-My-IP.com , uses cookies to track customers who visit our website from your affiliate hyperlink. Cookies are set with at least a one-year expiration. We use said cookies to track your sale conversions. However, we also track IP addresses for customers who may block cookies. We review these potential conversions without a cookie daily, and at our sole judgment, we may manually credit these orders to affiliates.

Products & Services

Commissions are paid on all software sales only. Commissions are paid on the actual price that the customer pays for the software (including discounted prices) and not what the retail price may indicate on our website. We do not pay any commission for any service we offer, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: CDs, Premium Service, Unlock Code Protection and any other service we may offer now or in the future. Software commission is for all products listed on our products page unless you have a special arrangement for a higher commission on a single product (generally above 55%). Such arrangements may exclude you from commission on our additional software, these terms would be given in the agreement we outlined with you on a case-by-case basis.

Retroactive Commission

In the past we may have had different polices for commission on certain products and/or services. If you were granted commission during said time, it is yours to keep. Likewise, if you were never paid a commission because products and/or services did not qualify during that time period, you may not retroactively claim it, as it relates to past polices.

Spam/Abuse

We maintain a strict anti-spam and abuse policy and if your link is reported in any spam we reserve the right to close your account without payment.

Chargebacks

We pay the cost of all chargebacks, however the original commission paid is deducted from your balance.
