HOW TO PROPERLY HIDE YOUR IP ADDRESS:
1. Before re-visiting the website, clear all cookies from that website by using
- a. Cookie Crumble or
- b. Your browser's system for deleting cookies
2. "X" out of your browser once you have successfully deleted all cookies for that web site
3. Activate Hide My IP and find a new IP address
4. Open up your browser to browse the website
(If you need to log into a website):
5. If you already have an account with a website, do not sign in using *any* previously used information.
6. Follow steps 1 through 4 (above) then
7. Make a new account with a different name, street address, E-mail, credit card number, etc..
8. If you are trying to access a gambling site from the US, do not provide any account information located in the US and always use a foreign IP while accessing that website.

WHAT HIDE MY IP DOES:
1. Hide My IP causes your IP to be hidden when using an approved browser, and when the software is properly configured.
2. If you use the Premium Service with an approved 3rd party applications your IP will also be hidden while using that application
3. If the software does not appear to be hiding your IP then we will assist you in determining what the problem is and assist you in fixing it.
CAUTION:
If you are trying to do things with any website in which that website has instituted certain controls, procedures or other tracking enhancements that are *not* IP related, which prevent you from accessing or posting to that website, such controls, procedures and other tracking tools are beyond our control and beyond the programming ability of Hide My IP.
