Hello,

I've been watching what Hide-My-IP gets up to using Wireshark, and I'm somewhat concerned that DNS lookups are still going to my local ISP.

Whilst this proves nothing, a DNS lookup of www.some-sensitive-site.com immediately followed by a whole load of encrypted traffic suggests a lot.
They might not know what I've read, but they have a pretty good idea of where I've been reading it from.

Can DNS lookups be added to the product?
Or is this something which is only in the "paid" for service?

Thanks,
HM

The software engineers look over this Forum almost every day. They appreciate customer suggestions and had incorporated a lot of them into the 2009 version. They'll be looking for more suggestions for the 2010 version.

Thank you for your input.

My ISP (office) has blocked the site for adults with Squid web proxy.

Traffic with Hide My Ip can be analyzed from the Squid?
You may know that I'm going to #####.com/page.html?
