Hi guys. Your product seems to be what I need, but I have a more specific question about whether it will work in my situation.

Some (all?) webcam pay sites allow the broadcasters to choose which states or countries they want to block. When the site is visited by someone from the "blocked state" none of the broadcasters info can be accessed.

In my case, the broadcaster has blocked two states, and I reside in one of them.

Will your product allow me to view the broadcast if I get an out of country IP address?

We don't know what the policy is for that website regarding out-of-country IP addresses. If they allow viewers from Canada; the UK or Germany, where we have IP addresses, you should be be able to view the cams with the Premium Service subscription.
