.....just wondering how long does it take to receive an email reply stating info regarding my purchase of hide ip ? I made instant online payment 7 hours ago and got nothing yet. I also purchased similar product from another competitor at same time for my other pc to see how these will compare and I got quick reply and up and running in minutes from them. Hoping your product arrives soon, Thanks 4 now.

Now, I have to wonder why anyone would deliberately purchase a hide-ip software from one company and then purchase another hide-ip software from another company "at same time" for the sole purpose of seeing how fast their purchase would be approved?

In attempting to assist with this "issue" we couldn't find your purchase from today using the email address associated with with your Forum account.

...Thanks 4 reply Doug. I think you failed to read my post, I did not say I purchased hide-my-ip from 2 places. I bought a similar product elsewhere also, meaning I bought a different brand of s/w from another company and I bought your product from privacy tools. The other I got quickly, yours I still got nothing after 24 hours. I used ppal, and according to your instructions regarding ppal purchases you have a detecting program to verify addresses etc. My ppal account address has been the same for years, email has not changed , the email addy I used for purchase is same as registered with ppal. Ppal sent me the receipt but said no instructions from seller yet and as I see the money has not been taken yet by privacy tools. So a bug in your detecting system or just a slow process, I don't know, but I did it all correct on my end from what I can tell, so I asked here on the forum just what to expect for a time frame more less. I have 4 pc's running here, so your check on this addy will not match the purchase one. The other brand does 3 pc's, yours does one. It sounds from your reply that I'm doing something of a suspicious nature. All I did was purchase from 2 places at the same time, and now I'm being accused of something.

1. Please provide us with the email address given at the time of the order and we'll review it

ppal now says money was transferred june 22. Nothing yet here in my mailbox for product. email used : [deleted at request of Forum Member] ......please delete my addy off this post when done. I can supply a ppal completed invoice number also if needed but prefer not to post that info, thanks 4 now.

The purchase was approved immediately; there was no delay.
A confirmation email was sent out as soon as the purchase was approved.
I've had another Purchase Confirmation emailed to the email address on file.
