well. i know your service from one of my friends from australia.as u can see,i am from china and not pretty good at english.
cut it short,here are my questions :

1. would the game US World of Warcraft (u know this game ,right ?)be compatible for your hidemyip 2009 if i buy your this product ?i have to get an US ip address when i want to play this game on US game realms cause blizzard would ban my game account if they find i am not from usa. so my questions is ,would my game account be safe when i play the US World of Warcraft game after i buy your product hidemyip 2009 and choose one US ip address ?

2.what are the difference between the basic/standard/premium service ?like how long can i use the hidemyip and the ip address i choose after i pay u 29.95 $ ? would i enjoy the standard service free at the first year after i pay 29.95$? what are the basic and standard service contain respectively ?

Currently, the 3rd party application you mentioned (US World of Warcraft) does not appear to be one of the programs supported by the Hide My IP Premium Service.

However, the members of our support and development team (Level 2 Support) are always willing to try to add more programs to our Compatibility List.

Service Upgrades vs. Software Upgrades

You need the Hide My IP software in order to have access to our IP addresses through the various service levels that Hide My IP offers.

Regardless of what version of Hide My IP you may have (v1.9, 2007, 2008, 2009, etc.), the software will access either the Basic Service, Standard Service or Premium Service subscription, depending on which service level you have.

A "software upgrade" is when you have an earlier version of Hide My IP and then purchase the latest version.

A "service upgrade" occurs when you have any version of Hide My IP and you have the Basic Service and then acquire the Standard Service. Or, if you have the Basic Service or Standard Service and acquire a Premium Service subscription.

You never have to renew the Basic Service. When you purchased Hide My IP, that is what you received, along with your unlock key code, for life.

The Standard Service is provided to you, without additional cost, for the first year of ownership of the Hide My IP software. After one year, you're asked to either renew the Standard Service (for another year and for a fee) or if you do not want to do that, you can then continue to use the Basic Service, without additional charge.
You can continue to renew the Standard Service, year after year, regardless of what version of the Hide My IP software you may have.

The highest level of Service to the software is the Premium Service. Which is a subscription payable by the month; quarterly; every 6 months or by the year.

Each subsequent software version provides greater functionality then the previous software version.
Each service upgrade provides either access to more IP addresses or greater speed (when comparing the Premium Service to the Standard or Basic Services) in accessing the IP addresses or both.
