Hi,

I just purchased Hide my IP. The program works great.

I have a free 3 day use of the Premium Service, and on the list of
Additional Supported Programs, I see "GroupMail 5 Personal Edition"
listed but I do not see "GroupMail 5 Business Edition" listed.

Since we are a small business, we use the Business Edition. I thought maybe
Hide my IP would work with the Biz Edition anyway, but upon testing it I find
that it does not work.

We have all our customer lists, emails, and everything already in GroupMail
5 Business Edition so we dont really want to have to change everything over
to a new program.

Can you get the Business Edition added to the Supported Programs list quickly
so that we can test it during our trial of the Premium Service?

The Personal Edition and the Business edition may have 2 different types of .exe programs that drive the software. That may account for the Business Edition not working.

In my post I mentioned adding the program to the Supported Program list. This means I am aware of the
page with that list, but thanks.

I have put in a request to have the program added to the supported program list as well.

The reason that I thought it may work with the Business Edition, since it works with the Personal Edition,
is because the exe file is the same name in both programs.

How long does it take to get the program added? I noticed that the form where you submit the program
request does not ask for an email address, so that I could be contacted once this is done. Seems like
the form should ask for my contact info as well.
