If you have registered for our Premium Service, but it does not appear on your Hide My IP program, please do the following:

1. Completely uninstall Hide My IP from your computer
2. Reboot your computer
3. Download / install the program from this link: http://www.hide-my-ip.com/hidemyip.exe
4. Enter your unlock key code into the program

The program window should contain an area for the Premium Service, as shown below
