I am running a Vista X86 OS on a 2.0 GHZ MB w/ 2.0 GB of RAM. IE as Browser.

After purchase yesterday, I downloaded the software per supplied link. Upon (during) install, IE closed, the Internet connection shut down, and the system froze/locked, and my password failed on reboot.

I put in the original Vista Disc, did a system restore o a previous point, realized that I had 'Use a Prozy Server' set to active in the IE Lan Settings, disabled that, rebooted, then downloaded your software again. Same result, system locked, password failed, and I reset system restore to previous and rebooted.

So here I, unable to use your software, not knowing what I should try next, so though I would ask.

I apologize for the delay in replying to you, I've had connectivity problems from this temporary location for the past 24 hours.

I saw your tech support email and have replied to it. There are no known compatibility issues with Vista and Hide My IP 2008. When you reply to the tech support email, if necessary, I'l have you talk with one of programmers to be certain the compatibility issue is, or is not, with our software.
