i just bought a second license key. but my other computer is windows 98. i see that there is an old version available for download that works on 98. can i use my lisence key for that old version? i hope so otherwise i have bought the second license key for nothing.

The 2009 key cannot be used on v1.9 (which is what you need for Windows 98).
However, if you write to staff/hide-my-ip.com / = @ and let them know your unlock key code they'll be able to "downgrade" the key (or issue another one) that would be compatible for use in the 1.9 version.

Unles you wrote to them under a different email address, using the email address you gave us for the forum, we found an email from you to tech support from June 24, 2009 and it was replied to that same day.

However, I remember an email coming in a few days ago with this issue. I remember sending 2 replies to it but it was not the same email address as the one you used for the forum.
