worse ive complained twice, 2nd time asking for refund but just get automated replies.anyone any ideas ??
im disabled in a wheelchair my main enjoyment is uk tv via this service
i accept occasional problems but its been a week, i pay for this service, and to be kept sending robot mails saying refer to this link where the small print stating ip's caannot be guaranteed is misleading and poor service
a HUMAN reply giving an approx time to repair would go a long way to stop me wishing i hadnt just coughed up another $29.99
