we lve in turkey and have used hide my ip past year to watch english tv. 5 days ago we couldnt get any uk ip's, saw my licence had run out, paid the 29.99 and still no uk ip's.
worse ive complained twice, 2nd time asking for refund but just get automated replies.anyone any ideas ??

im disabled in a wheelchair my main enjoyment is uk tv via this service
i accept occasional problems but its been a week, i pay for this service, and to be kept sending robot mails saying refer to this link where the small print stating ip's caannot be guaranteed is misleading and poor service
a HUMAN reply giving an approx time to repair would go a long way to stop me wishing i hadnt just coughed up another $29.99 angry.gif

I am sorry, but you CAN explain on the forum what the problem is! Not everybody uses Twitter or wants to use it.
I have paid for the premuim service so that I can access the UK. When it has gone to another country it is not the service that I am paying for.
The least we can expect here is an answer with an estimated time of repair. We are the paying customers!

We'd probably all sit back a while if we knew that this actually was being worked on and that perhaps there was an estimated time for resolution. No-one has offered that information and ok we don't pay for this service but clearly others do and they have been told nothing either. huh.gif

keep an eye on this forum I guess.

When there is a problem with one server, the system will default your connection to an available server so that you can always, at least, have faux IP to work with.

They are working on it (to the exclusion of everything else). I'm need a UK server for one specific forum I use, too. I'm sure it'll be fixed as soon as possible, so just be patient. smile.gif

All tech support emails are read by human eyes. All replies are written by a human. There is nothing automated in our email tech support system. In that way, we can better monitor quality control in all of our support replies.

You've been issued a refund.
