1. I posted 3 days ago and no one has answered my question. Why?

2. Why was my post deleted?
Most likely for Forum Abuse. Forum Abuse is defined as follows:
- posting spam
- posting commercials
- posting unrelated information (i.e. "Hi, I'm new here.")
- posting in a language other than English
- posting a "me too" post (repeating what someone else has posted as a reply without providing a solution)
- posting defamatory or inflammatory remarks
- posting the same question in several areas at the same time
- posting account or personal information
3. What information about my software should I include in a post?
- let us know what software you are using and what version (i.e. Hide My IP 2008, etc.)
- it is helpful to know what operating system you have (i.e. XP, Vista, Windows 7)
4. I'm trying to find information about an order I made. How do I do that?
- do not post your order number, your unlock key code or account information to the board
- these questions are best handled by writing to staff@hide-my-ip.com
