I've been using HMIP for a few months now and have been well satisfied. Tonight, on a whim, I decided to check header info in the emails I've been sending out with Incredimail (one of the supported 3rd party programs with the Premium Service).

Unfortunately, every email I sent out included my real IP in the header information, not the faux IP. I double checked my setup and Incredimail is checked in the Advanced Settings > Premium Service Tab, so it appears that while it says it supports Incredimail, it is not, in fact hiding my IP in my email headers.

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

Thanks.

In our experience, when a situation like this is encountered by a customer, the solution can be simple, but only after finding out a bit more about the customers computer, email clients and things that most people generally do not want posted on a public forum.

In this instance it probably would be best to write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and if necessary, we'll have a customer talk directly to one of the software engineers if the issue rises to that level.

Thank you for your patience.

When you see the questions asked, I think you'll see why it is better to effect a resolution through email rather than the Forum in this instance.
