When buying a new PC or when I go to reformat my PC, are you still running Hide My IP + Premium Service?

You can transfer any Privacy Tools, Inc. software by simply uninstalling it from the old computer; reboot that computer and then install the software with the same unlock key code.

If you have Hide My IP software, the Premium Service subscription will follow that new installation because the subscription is tied into your unlock key code. The subscription will follow the key code where ever it is correctly installed into a computer.

Ok, thanks for clearing my doubt smile.gif

I forgot to ask:

But the software and the Premium Service is only for a single PC, how do I remove it from the previous PC and transfer it to the new PC?.

In other words, "just delete the old PC software, reboot and then install the software on new PC, or should I contact to email relevant or not necessary?. "Or should I proceed to do something?

Excuse me for doing the double post, but there was the option to EDIT.

No problem on the multiple posts, they were merged.

That is correct. Unless you've reached the maximum number of reinstalls in a 90 day period (3), there is no need to contact us, just uninstall/reinstall as previously suggested.

Ok, again thanks for clarifying my doubts smile.gif
