I paid $120 or so for the Premium service. Everything went smoothly on installation and verification.

Everything seems to be working fine. The program tells me my IP address is being hid and that I'm using a UK IP address now.

However, my IP address has not been hid. I'm not accessing anything via the UK IP.

Thanks for your reply Doug. I followed all the steps and restarted my system and my IP is now hidden.

I bought the Premium service to use for Hansa Poker. I have Hansa ticked in Settings but when I try to access Hansa, I can login (which gives me the impression its half-working) but it doesn't let me play games or access the Cashier or anything. I have attached a screenshot below (couldn't upload picture so uploaded onto flickr:

It appears to be a "page not found" graphic. Maybe if you can tell us what is supposed to be there.

The cashier where you deposit/withdraw/transfer etc, or check your game history - basically the administration area of your account.

I see Hansa Poker is on our Compatibility list. A few clearifications:
- Are you capable of playing the game but just cannot access the admin area?
- Do you need to access the Admin area in order to play the game?

Hansa was only recently added. Is there a chance its not yet fully compatible with HideMyIP?

I am neither capable of playing the game or accessing the admin area using HideMyIP Premium at the moment.

Yes, the Cashier (admin area) is vital as all funds are transferred via tabs in that area. Without it working, the poker client cannot be used to play.

If they have put any program on the Compatibility List, it is supposed to work with the Premium Service of Hide My IP. Obviously, there will be situations in which a program is on that list and it is not working. There could be a few reasons for this, not the least of which is that the program may have changed (port numbers or other things).

If a program *is* on the compatability list and it is *not* working with the Premium Service, then write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and what your next steps should be.
