I would love to know if there is anyone else out there who is struggling with slow speeds - it has made hide my ip pretty much unusable for the last 2-3 months and is driving me nuts - I have done all the things that hide my ip have said to do and still no luck!!! I have been using hide My Ip for the last couple of years so for it to suddenly go like this is odd! When I do a speed test without the software running i get a 600 kb download in a second - and with a uk ip address it is 64 secs!!!! I am in Australia it would be good to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem and possible solutions(not the generic one on the website - that tshirt is worn out!) Thanks

Hide My IP does not function properly. Proxies are slow and it takes 10 - 15 min to open a Web page and it is not an exception but almost everyday problem.

And the addition of SecureSrv.dll as an LSP (Layered Service Provider) in the Winsock 2 leads to reducing of the download speed in Internet Explorer over 4 - 5 times which is absurd!

If those are your page settings and your page loads are still as slow as you described, then there may be other issues.
