Affiliate FAQ's

What is the minimum amount I must have in my affiliate account to be paid?
We will release payment to you during on each payout period if your account balance is 25 USD or more.

How often will I get paid?
If you have selected to be paid via PayPal, we will release payment on, or about, the 1st and 15th of every month. If you are being paid via check, we pay on the 1st of each month.

Will I get a commission for product updates?
Yes, if a customer has purchased a previous version of a product, for example Hide My IP 2007, and later pays for the upgrade to upgrade to Hide My IP 2008, you will receive a commission for this purchase if your affiliate information is still on their computer during the purchase.

Will I get a commission for subscriptions to the Premium Service?
No commissions are paid for the Premium Service or for other services such as the CD or Unlock Code Protection..
