To locate your unlock key code:

- If your software is currently installed:
1. Activate Hide My IP
2. Right click on the small icon in the system tray
3. Left click "About..."
4. Copy your unlock key code from the window

- if your software is not installed and you cannot locate the email we sent you containing the key code:
1. Go to this link: http://www.hide-my-ip.com/retrieve.cgi
2. Type in the email address we have on file for you.
3. Your unlock key code will then be automatically emailed to you

Make sure you are installing the correct version of the software. And, for purposes of this post, please install or re-install the software *only* from the links provided here:
