Hello Forum: I keep having to uncheck the box of the Proxy Server under the connections tab of "Internet Options". I have contated the staff and advised them of the problem.
Question - is there a simple fix that I have missed ?

Make certain that you are not using some other proxy server or that you have any type of proxy server software installed in your computer.
