There are several reasons why this may occur:
1. If you are sending emails to contact/hide-my-ip.com: those do *not* go to tech; sales or billing support.
2. If you have a Yahoo email address, or email client that has very strong filtering, you need to check your spam (or similar) file folder to see if our replies have gone there
3. For technical support; billing or sales questions, you need to write to staff/hide-my-ip.com
