Oh, Ok I have already purchased the premium account and I submitted 2 of them late Friday and just submitted for the other one just then to be added. Sorry, I seen others had posted theirs here and I just posted mine too. Just wondering.... how long does it usually take for them to get added if they are available to use with hide-my-ip? Just was wondering how long it would be before I would know if they were compatible or not?

Hi I requested celebpoker and PKR.com to be added to premium service compability list about 11 days ago.

I just want to check on the status. Can you give time frame how much longer shall I wait?

We are receiving many, many requests every single day for programs to be added to our compatibility list. Each of these requests are handled in the order in which they are received. For some of these requests, it can take up to one week to determine the compatibility of any program (not just poker programs, but any program).

As stated before, we are reviewing each request in the order in which they are received. This includes requests to re-review a program that is on our compatibility list but the program is not working - as the customer alleges.

So, for every single request we receive for a program to be added to our compatibility list; and for every single request we receive to review a program that a customer states is not working, each request much reviewed; the program tested and then the results determined.
