In order to improve the efficieny of our purchasing process, all orders that are flagged must now be reviewed manually.

Your order will get flagged for manual review if:

1. You used a "hide ip" software during your attempted purchase
2. You used a VPN, or similar set up, during your attempted purchase
3. The information in your order was a mismatch with your Pay Pal information
4. The information in your order was a mismatch with your credit or debit card information
5. You're trying to purchase from a "high risk" country
6. You skipped the phone verification process
7. Other information in your order may need to be explained

NOTE: Most orders are reviewed within 1 to 8 hours of receipt.
If:
- your order had been flagged for Manual Review
- you have not heard from us after 8 hours

1. The order number and/or
2. The email address you used at the time of the attempted purchase and we'll respond with information to assist you.
