Hello

There is a bug in the program.
Often there is a popup

Debug assertion failed!

program c\program files\apache group\apache2\bin\apache.exe
File c\program files\microsoft visual studio 8\include\list
Line 309

expression: list terators incompatible

Program hangs up
Also can it be that a debug assertion failed occure with the explorer (explorer hangs up)

Its causes by the securenet.dll file.

I'll hope there is soon a patch.

We apologize for the inconvenience in encountering the debug assertion failure error window.

This situation has recently come to our attention. The Level 2 Support Team (programmers and techs) are currently working on a patch in order to resolve the problem. Once completed, you'll be notified of the free fix.

In the meantime, if you continue to see the error window, do not click any link to close that window or your browser. As far as we can currently tell, it is safe to continue surfing with your brower and that window open and hidden behind your browser.

Our Level 2 Support Team is working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and get the free fix out to you.

Thanks jos

Yes can we please fix this? I'm sick of this error popping up all the time. Thanks!
Doug750
Believe me, I'd like to have this fixed as quickly as possible, as well!

I'm told they're working on this, and trying very hard to get it right. They don't want to release a fix/patch and then have it come back. Better to take a bit more time and get it done right!

I keep getting this error all the time: And a 302 error: I can't seem to stay on the Internet anymore without constantly restarting my computer, or having to stop and start all over. This was Feb. and now it is August. Any luck?

The 302 error is not related to the "assertion failure" issue. That issue is related to this post:

I suffered from this error for months myself before finally figuring out what the heck was causing it.
Eventually I unistalled the program out of frustration.
I'm really looking forward to being able to reinstall it once this issue has been corrected.

I can tell you that it *appears* that the Level 2 Support Team is close to a resolution on this issue. They're testing the "fix" now and hope to have a final fix for it by the start of next week. Watch the "News and Announcements" forum for "Debug Assertion Failure"

I suffered from this since the previous version. Level 2 never came up with anything, so I unistalled it.

The only way to avoid this (before) was in the 2007 version, before the update, where if you did not run the software in the backrground when not in use, the error would not occur.

I would love to know if this gets fixed, as I otherwise love the progam.

The error in in the proxy.dll filters.

In following this string, I'm not sure what your issue is, then. I'm not the brightest guy in the world, so why don't you lay it out for us. Thanks.

The debug assertion failure issue has been resolved.

Uninstall Hide Your IP from your computer; delete any saved copies of the program you have on your hard drive; reboot and re-install the software from the download link on the main page. The fix is in the most recent available download from the web site.
