I just bought HideMyIP and CC. I installed HideMyIP without a problem, but CC setup continuous to ask me to close my browser. I even restarted my computer. I continue to get the message to close my browser.

I checked in task manager, but no browser is open.

I downloaded the file a second time, but problem persists. I also closed HideMyIP, but without the desired result. The message does not want to go away.

Please help me solve this problem.

Those are usually Mozilla software programs that are supposed to be closed (i.e. Firefox, Thunderbird, etc.).

Try uninstalling all My Privacy Tools software. Reboot your computer and then, using only Internet Explorer, first download Cookie Crumble and select "RUN" (not "save") to install. After you've copied and pasted the unlock key code to that software, then download ("RUN") Hide My IP.
