To answer your questions:
1. Not trying to be evasive, but that goes to the heart of the programming and gives that software a competitive edge over similar types. For the kind of answer you're looking for and could understand, I don't think the bosses would be too happy if I gave away their secrets in a public forum (grin).

4. The key is good for life and minor improvements are included in that but not major upgrades (i.e. v2008 to v2009).
As for suggestions, they are more than welcomed. You'll see that when 2009 Hide My IP is released. We really listened to our customers and the improvements are truly outstanding. Without doubt, it will be our best Hide My IP ever.
