Your questions are very good!

These new releases hit us pretty fast so I'm still waiting for some answers to a few questions. As soon as programmers let me know, I'll be able to answer your question. Give me about another day to find out.

I've been told by the progammers that the upgrade policy does not apply to the Cookie Crumble software.

Question: Are you sure that Cookie crumble is working with Firefox?
I have a message on the list of Ads-on of Firefox that "Cookie Crumble 1.0 is not compatible with Firefox 3.0.4". And when I try to delete cookies by clicking on "Clear all Firefox cookies", nothing happens.
I'm using Hide my IP 2008 and the cookies are not deleted when I change my IP.

That is a standard message from Mozilla whenever their software sees an add-on that they did not create.
You need to have both software programs running in order for the cookies to be properly deleted and the website included in the list of websites in Cookie Crumble.

I have both programs running (I use the trial version of CC) but when I click on the button "Clear all Firefox cookies" nothing is cleared and when I change IP using Hide my IP, the cookies from the sites I have in the list are not deleted.
Any suggestion?

Are you looking into the folder that contains your cookies to determine that the cookies for that website are not being deleted? That is the only way to tell. If you are doing that and the cookies are not being deleted, then please write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and we'll get the Level 2 Support Team to look into the issue and find a resolution for you.
