When a reputable software program doesn't work, there are usually 4 reasons why this occurs:
1. The software was corrupted in the download/install process, not installed correctly or was not configured correctly
2. The software wasn't designed to do what the user expects it to do. This usually means the user didn't understand the limitations of the program.
3. There may be another program in that user's computer preventing the proper use of the software (i.e. anti-virus program or firewall blocking the program or a virus in the computer or another, poorly programmed piece of software interferring with the proper execution of another software program)
4. The user's operating platform (i.e Windows, Linux) is too old; too outdated orlacks a required system component that is not there, or the computer itself is a poor "custom built" job.
In order to properly understand why a software program is not working, it is very important for the user to provide as much detail as possible when the user was attempting to use the software.
Without these kinds of details, to simply say a software program "doesn't work" does not solve the problem.
This forum is designed to assist others who may have questions, concerns or comments about the software. A comment that a software program "doesn't work" is simply not constructive and does not help us resolve the issue.
