I purchased Hide my IP a couple days ago, I just love it. I upgraded to the Premium Service this morning because I am an Outlook user. I have checked off Outlook in the Advanced Settings, clicked apply etc. I've sent a test email from my Outlook 2007 to my yahoo account and I can still see my real IP. I have my IP hid, I've checked that, I have even restarted my system and the Hide my IP program and it still doesn't hide my IP when I email from Outlook to my yahoo account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You do need the Premium Service in order to hide your IP with 3rd party applications such as Outlook or Outlook Express. Further, those applications need to be checked off under Advanced Settings >>> Premium Service.

It is also important to make sure that your IP is properly being hidden and that your basic configuration settings are correct. If you're having problems with any of these issues, please write to us at staff/hide-my-ip.com ( / = @ )
