We appreciate you writing to tech support. That gave us the ability to look up some things. You did not purchase our software. It didn't work because it wasn't our software.
You purchased a "hide ip" program through SWREG. SWREG is not authorized to represent Hide-My-IP or My Privacy Tools, Inc. in any capacity whatsoever. It is more likely that what you purchased was the software of a weaker competitor who has a tendency to try to imitate us, but cannot even come close when it comes to the reliability of the software and certainly is miles behind us when it comes to technical and sales support.
We regret this inconvenience but once the issue is straightened out with that other company and/or SWREG, we would like to invite you try Hide My IP and see for yourself not only its superior performance, but its superior technical support.
