I am in the US for a short time. I have the 2008 version of the software and the premium upgrade. I am trying to hide my US IP so I can play while I am in the States from Canada but none of the sites I try are working. I either can't get the software to log in (Party, titan) or it tells me I am in a country that I am not able to play from (Casino on Net). I have read several posts here and followed the directions but nothing works. Was this a ploy just to get my $9 or does this software work with any of the gaming sites you say it works with?

You need to have a Premium Service subscription in order for Hide My IP to work with 3rd party applications such as poker sites that require you to download a program in order to play the game.

The downloaded program also has to be on our Compatibility List.

My post indicated I have a premium service add on and all the sites I listed and tried are on your compatibility list.
Care to try again?

If you feel that you have followed all of the instructions in this forum regarding the configuration to hide you IP then write to staff/hide-my-ip.com ( / = @ ) and well go over each of the steps with you to first make sure you are hiding your IP properly. Then, we'll review and test each of the poker downloads to see if they are working with the Premium Service. We look forward to your constructive email to the technical support team.
