In order to further protect your unlock key code from potential abuse, theft or fraud the number of re-inistalls of the unlock key code has been limited to 3 times within a 60 day period. What this means is that you will be able to re-install the software and key code a total of 3 times within a 60 day period. It does not have to be on the same computer as we recognize that people change or upgrade computers; need to re-install after a computer crash or may have other legitimate reasons for doing so.

If you have exceeded the number of re-installs (3 times within a 60 day period) please write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and explain your situation. Security will review your request and reply accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Only one license key per computer is allowed at any given time. You cannot have the same unlock key code installed into 2 different computers at the same time.

To transfer your license to another computer, please do the following:

1. Uninstall the software from the first computer and then reboot that computer
2. Install the program on the second computer and click the Unlock button
3. Enter in your license key
4. The software will then be activated on the second computer and deactivated on the first computer
