I am trying to move my license from my old desktop to my laptop. I've followed all of the instructions given here about removing from the desktop and rebooting and trying to install on the laptop. I click on the unlock button, enter my code, told I am not authorized for use, click on reactivate, type in my email address and zip code and get:

"Opps! One or more of the entries provided did not match our records. An E-mail has been sent to you with the correct E-mail address and zip/postal code we have on file. "

However, the indormation I entered IS corrrect, I don't get this email and the program doesn't work - please advise. I've deleted and reinstalled on my laptop, I've entered the correct key...

We need to "re-set" your unlock key code. Please provide us with the email address in your account and/or your unlock key code.
