I have an question, maybe someone can help me with that? Today I wanted to start my hideIP software and got this following warning: "When you purchades Hide my IP 2007, you were given a complementray one year subscription to our Exclusive IP Service subscription. This subscription has expired. You have three options available: 1. Renew your subscription to the Exclusive IP Service for one year. 2. Purchase Hide My IP 2008 from our website, wich will include one year free to our Exclusive IP Service and new features. 3. Continue to use Hide My IP 2007 without the Exclusive IP Service. WARNING: This will severly limit your available IP addresses."

So now my Question to you is: When I click on the 2nd Option I'll be connected to the website to purchase Hide my IP 2007, but I already got that software, so where can I purchase or upgrade to 2008?
What is that Exclusive IP Service? Is it the Premium Service? Because I subscribed to that too.
So please help me because I don't know what to do, I always was very satisfied with Hide My IP but now it won't open till I find a solution. My fear's that I have to pay twice if I purchase a new Version of 2007 and that I don't want to do.

PS: Now I clicked "disable Exclusive IP service" Button and the Pop up Window got away, my HIDEmyIP2007 programm works like before, but there is an Note: "Exclusive IP service disabled." How can I enable it back? What should I do... please help me! I would love to purchase 2008 version but I don't know where and I don't want to pay 2 versions a month because I just need one on my computer.

If you get the "renew Exclusive Service" pop up, you can elect to continue to use our Exclusive IP's or you can select "Disable Exclusive IP Service".

Your original purchase included a one year subscription to our Exclusive IP Service. That gave you access to a number of our privately owned IP's. When the subscription runs out, you can still use our other IP's, but you just won't have access to certain one's we own. It really is only a question of the number of IP's that are available to you at any given time.

For the time being, my recommendation is to "Disable Exclusive IP Service". The reason for that recommendation is because we are expecting Hide My IP 2008 to be out shortly. My personal opinion is that I would rather go without the Exclusive IP Service for a few days and wait for Hide My IP 2008. In that way, I'm not purchasing something twice.
