Before I make my purchase decision I have a question. I would like to know how long is the Hide My IP 2008 license good for? Is it a lifetime license when I purchase the software or do I have to renew it every year?

When you purchase the basic version of Hide My IP, you are also given one year of Free access to our Standard Service. For the 2007 and 2008 versions, that will be a total of approximately 150 IP addresses. When the year is up, you can renew that access for a current fee of $14.95 for another year, or you can continue with Hide My IP Basic Service and have approximately 6 IP's available to you.

So for the Hide My IP 2008 Version when my year is up if I don't pay an additional $14.95 for another year I will still have access to 6 IP addresses rather than 150 ones? Is that correct?
