Because of the high number of fraudulent purchases regarding some Pay Pal accounts in certain countries we may only accept certain Pay Pal payments if the email address provided in the order form matches the Primary email address in the Pay Pal account that was used.

Our security software can detect if the email address provided to us does not match the Primary email address in the Pay Pal account being used.

If our security software detects this and as a security precaution, the transaction may be flagged and/or refunded and the owner of the Pay Pal account notified.

As the owner of the Pay Pal account, while purchasing the software, please provide us with the same (Primary) email address that is on file with your Pay Pal account in order to avoid any possible delays in your purchase of the software.
