A little problem here:
After installing Hide, and using it OK, I'll shut down computer. When I start it the next day, sometimes my graphics program and/or my anti-virus program (Zone Alarm) won't load. I'll restart the computer again, and then they'll load. BUT the main problem is, my keyboard stops working all together. I rebooted ten times, and still the same thing. I uninstalled Hide and everything works fine on booting computer. Keyboard and all.

Any suggestions?

The keyboard issue is really unique. I think we may have addressed some of your concerns in the tech support email and we're awaiting more info. Thanks for writing.

OK, here's an update.

Installed a new USB Keyboard, thinking my old input keyboard may be the problem. Installed Hide My IP, and it worked fine (just like when I originally installed it), but after the first shutdown and a reboot of my computer the keyboard still does not function. I have Hide My IP installed on another computer and it doesn't have the problem. My guess is it's really not the software, but maybe my motherboard on the computer that won't let my keyboard work on reboot. If I uninstall Hide My IP, the computer works fine.

Again, if anyone has any suggestions, I'm wide open.
