This is a new error that just started to happen. Now I can't use hide my ip at all anymore. Why is this, and is this only happening to me? I can get a proxy but the connection terminated at once and I can't go to any site at all. This has never happened before with my software. Any idea what can be the cause of this, can it be the new 2009 release? Or is it my computer, I don't think it is but who knows.

The graphic does not help as it appears to be in a foreign language and there's no way of knowing if it comes from our software or not.

This error happens at once I get connected to your software and uses proxy. I can use internet without being connected with proxy. So this problem is not my internet, but happens when being connected to your software.

This makes me think the problem lies within the software. Since internet access is terminated through your proxy servers. This problem has never occured before tho. Any suggestions what to do?

Now its up and running again. I don't know what caused the problem, but as for now it seems to be fine.

Just to clearify: if the interruption had occured from our servers, you would have received a different kind of message and it would have been in English. Our error messages are in English
