If I purchase the hide ip 2009 premium services can I run it on my destktop and laptop at the same time? How many different ip addresses can you choose from in the premium services?

We only allow one unlock license key code per computer. So you cannot run the same code from 2 different computers at the same time.

Do I have to have a premium subscription for each license to run premium services on multiple pcs at the same time?

Yes. The Premium Service is tied into whatever unlock key code it is suppose to service. Each key needs its own Premium Service Subscription Account.
