Hide My IP Premium has been running on my PC for the last week or so. Yesterday it stopped working and won't connect to the internet and I get the "the operation has timed out" error. It still won't connect now or allow me to connect to the web until I turn off the Hide My IP process in Task Manager. I use McAfee Security Centre but haven't changed anything to cause this and I don't work through a proxy server. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please review this post regarding the status of our IP servers.

Hi Doug,

As surely you know, the premium service has been giving "Connection to Database Failed" or otherwise not working for several hours. Do you have an ETA for a resolution?

Thanks,

Gezza

Thanks guys, mine started working again this morning. I suspected it was a server issus when I tried to get back to the forum here yesterday after making my initial post, and I got an odd error "IPN server" or something like that. Then I knew it would be just a matter of waiting it out until it was fixed.

Winga, that's usually what happens, just wait it out.

Many thanks for your patience and your support.
