The suggested resolution for this issue is:
1. Advanced Settings >>> Web Browsers >>> Under Enable Hide My IP For Selected Browsers, make sure "Enable Legacy Mode" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it, then click Apply & OK.
NOTE: All other boxes under Enable Hide My IP For Selected Browsers should be checked.
2. Advanced Settings >>> Web Browsers >>> Under Hide User Agent; make sure "Do Nothing" is checked. If not, check it, then click Apply & OK
3. Advanced Settings >>> Web Browsers >>> Under Hide Referrer Header; make sure "Hide My Referrer header" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it, then click Apply & OK
4. Advanced Settings >>> IP Address >>> Under IP Address Preferences; make sure "Encrypt My Connection" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it, then click Apply & OK
5. Advanced Settings (full version only) >>> Cookie Crumble >>> Block My Cookies; make sure that "Block All Co0kies While Hide My IP" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it, then click Apply & OK (Note: Many websites require that you enable your browser to accept cookies)
If you are attempting to access a web site, after doing all of the above, then:
6. Delete All cookies from that website; exit your broswer; make sure Hide My IP is hiding your IP, then proceed back to the website.
