Just bought HMIP 09 and put in the key. All ok. Then I restarted my computer and when I went to start HMIP 09 a message came up with (something like..) Wrong code entered and HMIP 09 shut itself down. Now everytime I try it it says "hide my IP has stopped working". Suddenly I got an email telling me that I've been refunded for the money I just paid for the programme??? WTH? Why have you guys refunded my money and, presumably, stopped the program working? I really like it!
I'm running 64 bit Vista, Is that a problem?

You have been refunded twice. Once on January 4th and then today. You never wrote in and asked why that happened on the 4th.
