After today's outage, I was finally able to log back into hide-my-ip, but now the additonal supported programs box (settings and options) is empty with no programs to choose from. Since I can no longer check the BBCi box, BBCi has started refusing my attempts to download, as it now recognizes me as being outside the UK.

What's happening and when will it be fixed?

Whenever the databases or servers are being updated or maintained, there sometimes will be a temporary loss of the compatibility list in the software. Once the programmers are finished, the list comes back.

The installed software needs to be shut down and re-activated in order for the software to reestablish the link.

Try this:
Right click on the small icon in your sys tray then left click exit.
Wait a few seconds.
Then click the desktop icon to activate the program again.

That should bring back the list.
