Full Version: After I Pay For The Software I Cant Open It.

Iam trying to figure out what the possible problem can be.

Ive been in contact with support and talked with them, but have not got an answer back so i try here.

As strange as this may sound ::

I was uninstalling some programs with windows uninstall software.

Some time later i was watching a movie and started to hear this strange english talking woman, in the backround.. talked like on a Tv sales channel.
And stopped talking with like 5 second breaks.

So i tried to figure out where the sounds came from, and exiting all programs and proccesses that were running. Didnt help so.. ( All this time "hide my ip 2009 full payed premium service" was ON ) I restarted the computer.

When i had rebooted it, i tried to open the software and it just shuts down with an windows "stopped to work fail message" " Send or dont send" I guess all have had it.
Now its just everytime and i cant get it starting.

Ive done the normal tests, and have no firewall or virus protection on. Using Vista.
And all did work fine with trail and trail for premium service also.


Please i like this program much and have need of it.
Try figuring out if something like this ever happend to you.

There were a lot of tech support email exchanges on this issue and it appears that the problem may have been an infected computer.
There was no anti-virus program installed on the computer using the software.
