i did an order 2 days ago, normally as usual with any software purchase, you receive an email telling you whats up, i didnt, i live in egypt and i tried to call their number but also i couldnt, i send email to the sales, still no reply, i sent an email to the billing, still nothing.
Am really confused, The software look great and the company look organized, at least am expecting a reply for my case.

Email tech support replied to your email over 8 hours ago. You need to check your spam folder to see if the email landed there.
We see you have sent another email and we have replied to that one as well.
You did not receive a confirmation of your attempted purchase because it was flagged for manual review.
Upon review it has been determined that it would be best if you purchased the software with a Pay Pal account or send a money order.
