I just purchased hide my mac, before i was installing a trial version, so i removed it and installed the new downloaded files, bnut it gave me an error when i tried to change my mac.i attached a screen shot of the error, this error appears when i try to use any feature.
So any suggestions...

Completely exit the program.
Right click on the desktop icon
Left click on "Run As Administrator"

Do not change any adaptor settings in the software.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and we'll take a closer look at your computer.
