before i purchase hide my ip and premium service, i saw the ad. that they have hundreds of ips to enjoy, now when i check after purchasing, i only found 4 ips per location and thats not even 50 ips in all the program, can you tell me what is the reason, may be am not using it right.

Premium Service members are given priority over the use of the IP addresses, plus access to additional IP's.
We just did a test survey of available IP's and we see that of the functioning servers, there many more IP's available then you are indicating.

The fact that you are in Egypt, and thousands of miles away from even our closest server does have some bearing on IP availability for basic & standard service users.

Thanks for the reply, but am a premium service user, and i think from your words that am supposed to have priority over the use of IP addresses, so what's my problem now?, is it that am far away from your servers!!!, as this software is distributed internationally and is supposed to work from every where.

According to your account you do not have a subscription to the Premium Service.
If you would like to continuously post negative statements on this forum, that is your business.

Thanks for the reply guys, and the aim was not posting negatively, i was just looking for more understanding, ok i will go for the premium service, i thought i had it as the premium service button is on and i can choose locations.
