Well I purchased it before seeing this message on this forum
I wanted to know how long the refund takes to get back to my account ? so I can purchase it again but without making the same error (using a different e-mail address for sign up and paypal)
Because of the extremely high number of fraudulent purchases regarding some Pay Pal accounts in certain countries we may only accept certain Pay Pal payments if the email address provided in the order form matches the email address in the Pay Pal account that was used.

Our security software can detect if the email address provided to us does not match the email address in the Pay Pal account being used.

If our security software detects this and as a security precaution, the transaction may be flagged and/or refunded and the owner of the Pay Pal account notified.

As the owner of the Pay Pal account, please provide us with the same email address that is on file with your Pay Pal account in order to avoid any possible delays in your purchase of the software.

Any of our software can be purchased by one of these methods:

1. Credit card
2. Debit card
3. Pre-paid credit or debit card (they can be "virtual" cards)
4. Pay Pal, or
5. Money order (all fund must be in USD)

Please write to staff@hide-my-ip.com and let them know what email addresses you used to make the purchase(s) and they'll be able to explain what the status is.

The post also says that the transaction "may be" flagged. There are variables that go into deciding whether to accept or flag a Pay Pal purchase.
