I never received my cd or received any assistance about getting a replacement or refund. I left a message for Scott Hall, who I found out was the president and still got no response. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would think if a company cares about selling it's product it would reply to customer's emails and phone calls.

On that same day a reply was sent to you that the order had been shipped and that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the cd to be delivered.
On the 16th of October you stated that a CD had not yet been received and for a replacement to be sent. It was sent.
While you have sent us numerous emails for technical support, all of those have been replied to, including the activation of your software.
We have not received any written or email request for a refund of your order, except a a request for a refund for the CD.
However, in light of this first time request for a complete refund you have just made, and even though you have not written to us indicating that your software does not work, for it appears that it does, your order has been 100% refunded.
