thanks but when I select money order etc while I go through the checkout process it defaults back as payment to paypal should I use a different web browser to chrome ? so that doesn't happen

Not sure what is happening there, except maybe a cache-ed page.
Almost anyone can purchase the software via a USD money order from almost anywhere in the world. We have no restrictions on that method of payment.
