Hide My IP functioned normal for few days, and When I turned on my computer this morning, I started getting another error message, which is below:

"Could not load Mozilla Firefox profiles ! Ensure that Mozilla Firefox is properly installed, and that you've not deleted the profile directory of Firefox."

Why do you think that I am getting this error after using Hide My IP with Internet Explorer 7 with no problem for few days ? I don't use Firefox browser, but I had Firefox setup file on my computer. Do you think that is the reason ?

After that I executed Firefox setup file and I installed Firefox browser on my computer and I stopped getting this error. Do I have to have Firefox installed on my computer in order to use Hide My IP without error ? It is becoming very annoying these error messages. Otherwise, I am happy with the function of Hide My IP program.

Any help would be appreciated,

ps. By the way, which browser(Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox) do you recommend with Hide My IP ?

I have alerted the Leve 2 Support Team (the Programmers) about this unique issue.
It does not appear to be an error in your operating system, nor in any Mozilla program you may have installed in your computer. You do not have to install any Mozilla program to rectify this issue.

I'm told we'll have a resolution to this matter by noon time (Pacific Coast) on Monday.
